Hi, today I am grateful for humor. Humor can certainly lighten the mood! A friend sends daily emails with inspiration. And today she sent the following image.

I had just gone over to my thermostat and considered adjusting it! Then I got this email 🙂 We keep our thermostat around 62 – 64. Normally Kevin will light the wood stove to supplement the furnace heat. Today I pulled out the sweatshirt, and layered with a t-shirt, sweatpants, socks and slippers. I kept comfortable. Getting a tease of colder weather and not liking it.

WW Update:
Since Start Date; -25.6lbs

Take Care. Best wishes, Debra

  1. That is funny! I’m not ready for the heating yet, and tend to manage with a 1 tog duvet in winter. My husband is always turning the heating on. A constant battle! Thanks for linking at Is This Mutton

  2. We tend to fight over our thermostat; it’s so sunny and gets so hot in our house that I often switch over the a/c during the day but then at night it gets cold and we need the heat. We try to keep our house between 68 & 72 when the heat is on and 74 or so when we have the a/c on.

  3. Oh my goodness, yes! Laughter is the best medicine!! That’s funny but I’d have to ignore it, I have to be warm, no matter what…and comfy plus I don’t like long sleeves, they aggravate me. We keep ours set at 73 year round. Thanks so much for linking up at the #UnlimitedLinkParty 136. Pinned.

    1. Hi, Dee. Thank goodness I have a room heater in my office! Kevin likes the house on the cooler side. I say it is the cold side. He would take 60 year round in house and I say 80!
      Take care and best wishes.
