Practicing Gratitude 1 of 31 | 101 in 1001
Hi, this month I will be practicing gratitude daily. The gratitude series was based on my 101 in 1001 goal and from a recent Weight Watchers meeting. Daily gratitude’s will be scheduled to post at 11:30 pm Central time, giving me the time to write about that day’s gratitude.
Touch, see, smell, taste and hear will be the senses used to express my feelings and or experiences of gratitude for that day. Some posts may be lengthy with words and pictures or a single picture.

Hi, Laura. It’s amazing at how many ‘things’ a person can take for granted, until they don’t have it. It can be even the smallest item or gesture. It’s a wonderful feeling to take the challenge of practicing gratitude! Thanks for visiting!
Take care and best wishes.
It is nice to find something to be grateful for everyday. Even on the worst days I always make a point of finding something good but every day I am grateful for family.
Hi, Kim. For sure, any day my feet touch the floor I know will be a good day 🙂
