Sidewalk Chalk Masterpiece | 101 in 1001

Hi, I’m so excited for this wonderful time with my daughter and grand daughter. We had planned to meeting up at my folks house today. Beautiful day outside. Erika brought some sidewalk chalk. It just happened that I was able to mark off #9 from my 101 in 1001 goal list.

Erika had Brynlee lay on the driveway and she drew around her, making an outline.

Brynlee then drew my shadow’s outline. The image of me standing with arms up and out with the shadow, Brnlee took the picture. After drawing other art, I had Brnlee stand where I was standing with her shadow over my shadow’s outline. Couldn’t get her to understand the sun shifted. 🙂

The two horizontal images, Brynlee wanted us to draw rabbits. Top right, Erika’s art, bottom left mine is the face outline and Brynlee’s is above the flowers.

Time | My Sunday Snapshot #12

Hi, welcome to My Sunday Snapshot 12!

It’s the time of year we are getting our pool and patio cleaned up from the winter’s weather conditions. The image above reflects the way time affected our copper plates. Our pool is a CL Free system. Copper is used in place of chlorine bleach. I am so eager for the spring preparations to a wonderful relaxing area at home!

Hi, welcome to My Sunday Snapshot 10! The hot chocolate was my best friend the entire weekend. Friday and Saturday was cloudy and cold. Friday evening after going to bed my feet never did warm up. My husband is a heater and even laying next to him I could not warm up. The hot chocolate was a warm welcome!

A Sea of Rocks | My Sunday Snapshot #9

Hi, welcome to My Sunday Snapshot 9! Every week when I met up with Adam for our movie/dinner night, I stop into the Dollar General store. This particular store is rather new. The building looks nice and there are trees planted. The landscaping mainly consists of rocks around the trees. When you see it, no one would think twice. However, I did and each time I would go there I kept saying I ought to take a picture. I did this time! The interesting images taken are hidden in plain sight.

My Son’s Humor | My Sunday Snapshot #8

Hi, welcome to My Sunday Snapshot 8! My son, Adam, and I get together once a week for a movie and dinner. The movie is either on Netflix or Prime Video. Dinner is usually some sort of homemade dinner, not frozen dinners or take out. However, we did get Casey’s pizza this week. Have you ever had Casey’s pizza? IMO- it’s the best! Our movie (one I selected this time), DeepWater Horizon.

Adam is a typical young man. I have to remind him that I do need to use the ‘ladies room’ occasionally. So I tell him to be sure nothing is laying around in the bathroom he may not want me to see. This time when I had to use the restroom, the image above show’s the scene I saw. My son’s humor!

Erika had called and asked to meet for breakfast last weekend. We are always pleased to met with them! Once finished the grand girls wanted to come out to the farm and see the baby calves.

Briella wanted to get out of the truck. She thought she was a cow whisperer!
